AIn addition to his work with Manifest, Shaun is the founder of Navigate Consulting, a global network of catalysts helping leaders and organizations strengthen culture, shift direction, and scale impact. He has guided organizations such as the Evangelical Covenant Church, NewThing, and the Willow Creek Association in moving change forward.
