With more than 20 years of experience in non-profit, pastoral, and denominational leadership, Shaun has been a trusted voice to churches, entrepreneurs, executives, and faith leaders worldwide. A certified coach specializing in Emotionally Healthy Leadership and the Grip-Birkman Method, he helps leaders deepen self-awareness, strengthen culture, and maximize their impact. His counsel and insight have been featured in academic forums, leadership conferences, and faith-based movements globally.

In addition to his work with Manifest, Shaun is the founder of Navigate Consulting, a global network of catalysts helping leaders and organizations strengthen culture, shift direction, and scale impact. He has guided organizations such as the Evangelical Covenant Church, NewThing, and the Willow Creek Association in moving change forward.
